Processing Fee Refund Policy

At KreditBharat, we prioritize customer satisfaction and transparency in all our financial transactions. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which we process refunds for processing fees and other charges associated with our loan services.

Processing Fee Refund Conditions

The processing fee is charged for evaluating, verifying, and processing your loan application. This fee is non-refundable once the loan application has been submitted and the verification process has begun. However, we may consider refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical Errors: If due to a technical error on our platform, you are charged multiple times for the same application, the additional charges will be refunded.
Service Failure: If we are unable to process your loan application due to internal system failures or service disruptions after charging the processing fee, a full refund may be issued.
Duplicate Applications: If you inadvertently submit and pay for multiple applications for the same loan, we will refund the processing fee for the duplicate applications.

Loan Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel your loan application at any time before the loan amount is disbursed. The following conditions apply to loan cancellations:

Pre-Disbursal Cancellation: If you cancel your loan application before the loan amount is disbursed, the processing fee will not be refunded as we would have already incurred costs in processing your application.
Post-Disbursal Cancellation: Once the loan amount is disbursed to your account, the loan cannot be cancelled. You would need to repay the loan as per the agreed terms.
Cooling-Off Period: We provide a 24-hour cooling-off period after loan disbursal during which you can return the entire loan amount without incurring any interest charges. However, the processing fee remains non-refundable.

Refund Process

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer service team at care@kreditbharat.com or call 9116483351.
Provide your loan application number, transaction details, and reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request within 7 business days.
If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment source within 7-14 business days.

Important Notes

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by KreditBharat.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the transaction date.
KreditBharat reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
